Creative Critical Reflection

 My product uses a variety of different props, costumes, and settings in order to promote the product.  Athletes are used to correctly represent the product. Female actors are used in order to show the diversity of Adidas wear. Mainly men are usually represented in athletic commercials, so my product pushes through social barriers. The product represents two fierce athletes, giving viewers the idea they will play better with Adidas gear. My product engages with the audience by keeping them entertained. Music is used as well as a variety of angles and shots so the viewer stays engaged. Lastly, the commercial as a whole leads up to the final scene where players go head to head in a final soccer showdown. As a real media test, my commercial would be distributed to competitive sports games as well as sports TV channels. This is because those participating in or watching sports will be most interested in my product. The whole process of creating this commercial helped my skills in production develop largely. First, creating a storyboard was an amazing way to present my ideas in a concise way. Next, the process of creating costumes for the actors was very enjoyable. I learned that costumes are a great way to present emotions. Things such as a piece of clothing's color, style, and size can all help shape an element of media. Many elements of technology were used in this project. First, an iPhone 11 was used to film. I learned a lot about the different technologies my iPhone had. When filming my commercial I was able to use the zoom in and out on the camera in order to create the perfect shot. Next, I used iMovie to place the clips of my commercial together and to edit it. After this,


I used another application to convert the music used in this commercial.
